Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon -Ek Baar Phir 30th August 2013 Written Episode

The Episode starts with Astha’s dad Atul telling everyone about shlok’s proposal. Astha’s mum is very much happy. Astha says she won’t marry Shlok. Shlok’s dad talks to him about his stay at the house. Shlok says I can’t stay here. Shlo’s dad says I m growing older, how can I bear it that you come only twice in a year to visit me. He says you are my heir, but I have thought about you. He says I thought about your marriage. Shlok is shocked. Astha says I won’t marry him. Astha’s mum why are you reacting like this, what happened. Astha says she met Shlok on her trip. Shlok’s dad asks Shlok to meet the girl he chose for him. shlok says forgive me, I can’t do this. Shlok’s mum comes there and hears them talking. Shlok looks at her angrily. Astha says Shlok is not a good man, I hate him.

Astha’s mum says we will think about this, we need some time. Shlok comes to the study room and thinks about his love and that girl. He thinks how he was devastated when the girl left him because of his mum. He says he would never forgive that girl and burns her photo. Astha’s mum talks to Atul regarding Astha. She says Astha is not normal after she returned from the trip. She is hiding something from us. Astha comes there and gives them prasad. Astha says punish me for speaking to you both in a raised voice. Astha’s dad says did he beat you till now. She says yes, you did not scold me till now. Astha’s mum says you realized your mistake, its enough for us. Atul hugs her. Astha apologizes to her mum. Astha says Shlok does not respect women, I don’t want to marry him.

Atul says you don’t want to marry, its ok, we are not forcing you. Astha’s mum says what will you tell to Niranjan. He says I will manage, my daughter’s happiness is important to me. Astha asks Ajju did she talk about her with her parents. Ajji says no. Ajju does not reply. Astha says I m asking something, shall I apologize to them again. Ajju says your parents have forgiven you. Astha says I get worried when my parents are hurt by me. Astha says she has some work. Ajju says come home soon. Astha says sorry, I will not do anything. Astha leaves. Shlok’s brother comes to shlok. Shlok says I m going to office. Shlok says I m addicted to work. His brother says come back home. Shlok gets sad. His brother says till when Shlok. He says you can make the things right. He says the relations can’t be made by going far from us. He asks about Astha.

Shlok’s mum Anjali and dad discuss about Shlok’s marriage. She says shall I talk to him. He says no, I spoke to Atul about the proposal. She is shocked to know that he selected Astha. He says I liked that girl. She says Astha does not have good manners. Shlok’s dad takes Astha’s side and says once she gets married, she will adjust to our house. Anjali says I don’t think she can… He says am I wrong. Anjali says I don’t have any problem. Anjali thinks Astha can’t adjust in this house.

Shlok’s mum wants everything perfect in her home. Everyone come together for lunch. Shlok’s dad asks Anjali to allow Kavya to sit with them. Anjali disagrees and sends Kavya inside. Shlok talks with his brother on the table. Shlok’s dad gets a call and he is happy to hear some good news. He tells Shlok that Shlok is selected for a big award. He says the award function is tomorrow. Everyone congratulate Shlok. Shlok’s mum scolds her bahu and says I will have to send you to your mum’s house to learn how to manage a household. Astha is on the road wishing that she should not face Shlok again. Shlok comes to her. They are shocked to see each other. Astha thinks does he know about the proposal. Atul comes to meet Shlok’s dad.
Shlok’s mum meets Atul. Shlok holds Astha’s hand and asks her what were you doing. She says I was taking my sandal, I did not know this is your car. She tries to tell him about the proposal. Shlok says shut up. Atul says we cannot say yes to this proposal. Shlok’s mum is shocked.

Shlok drives the car recklessly. Astha says are you mad to drive like this.

Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon Ek Baar Phir - Written Update- 29th August 2013

The episode starts with Shlok telling his dad that he got delayed only because of Aastha. Aastha's dad queries her and she denies it. But he still insists that she says sorry to Shlok. After some persuation she tells him sorry. Aastha's dad tells Shlok to drop his anger as she had said sorry. He tells her dad that she can never be forgiven for what she had done. Shlok's dad isn't happy with Shlok's stance. He asks for forgiveness and Shlok stops him unable to see his dad asking for forgiveness. Shlok's mum watches Aastha with a slight displeasure. Finally Aastha again asks for forgivness with Niranjan telling him that its their pooja today and she had created a scene. Athul asks for permission to leave and Niranjan asks him to hold on as they will go through the papers and sign.


Niranjan requests Aastha to pray and get pooja prasad while he discusses with her dad. She calls home and tells her mom that they will come home a bit late and to carry on with their lunch and not to wait for them. She finishes her call and prays before the Ganapathi Baba. Shlok passes a scarcastic comment. She then gets a call from Gowri. Aastha starts walking towards the steps to get a better reception. She unknowingly goes to Shlok's room. She cuts the call and finds Shlok standing there. He accuses her for coming into his room. He insults her by asking if she was there to steal anything. She reminds him that she never stole his wallet in the first place. She merely found it and returned it to him. He then asks her why she said sorry then. She adds that she only said it because her dad asked her to. Shlok tells her to stop and further adds that women always have some reason or the other. She tells him to stop talking about certain behaviours when he doesn't follow them.


She tries to leave his room and struggles with the door knob. He comes closer to her and places his hand over her hand and after a few seconds opens the door knob. He tells her to remember that she is in his house and in his room. She leaves the room without saying anything. She comes down and requests water from the maid. The maid goes to Shlok's mum Anjali and tells her that the girl is asking for water and whether she can give her. Anjali tells her to give Aastha water. When Aastha gets her glass of water she queries the maid whether she took permission to give her this glass of water and the maid nods an yes. The vows to herself never to return to this house where permission is taken for everything.


Shlok's mum comes to Aastha and asks her if she had finished praying. She tells her yes and further adds that she is looking for her dad. Anjali tells her that in this house when men are discussing business no one disturbs them. She further asks her if she had pooja prasad. Aastha tells her that she still hadn't taken the prasad. Anjali offer her the prasad and Aastha cover her head with her dupata and takes the prasad. Anjali scarcastically tells her that she never thought that her parents would have taught her this as she only assumed that Aastha is capable of talking loudly and arguing with the elders. Aastha tells her that her parents have taught her when to use her dupata to cover her head and when to knot it in her hips.

Her father comes out of the study and he remains very quiet. Aastha excuses herself from Anjali and goes to her dad and they take leave. While coming out Aastha notices that the door mat is slightly mispalced. She corrects the mat and leaves with her dad. Niranjan and Anjali notices this.

Anjali and her daughter in law in the kitchen and she recounts Aastha's words and feels that her parents hadn't given her a moral upbringing. In the meantime Shlok's dad shows him the drawing of the new school. Shlok is happy to see it. His dad requests him to come back to their house again. Shlok doesn't reply.

Aastha and her dad reaches their home and her dad tells his wife in the presence of everyone that Niranjan asked for his daughter's hand for his son Shlok. He wife is happy to hear this whereas Aastha is shocked.

The Episode starts with Astha coming home. Many kids welcome them. Astha is excited to reach home. Astha tells her parents that she is back. She could not find them, and thinks no one is at home. Shlok is driving a taxi and the taxi driver asks him to drive slow and asks him a mad man. Shlok tells him I m in a hurry as my father is waiting for me. His dad is shown doing the puja and his mum is welcoming guests. Shlok’s mum scolds her bahu once again for giving her the Gayatri Mantra. She looks at the clock and thinks when will Shlok come. Astha gets a surprise from her mum. She says I missed you a lot. Her mum says I missed you too. Ajju says no one needs me. They hug Ajju too. Astha asks for her dad. Shlok is driving the taxi in full speed. She gets stuck at a check point. Astha is looking for her dad in the house. She asks where is he. Her mum says he went outside for work. Astha says who is more important to him, work or me.

Astha calls her dad but his phone rings at home. Astha’s father comes to Shlok’s house for some work purpose. Shlok’s mum shows her husband doing puja and asks him to sit. The puja is going to end in 15 minutes, and Shlok did not come till now. Shlok’s mum is angry. Astha thinks she will argue with her dad when he comes home. Astha’s mum sees the wound on Astha’s wrist and asks what happened. Astha makes an excuse. Her mum asks are you lying. Astha says no. Her mum says I will bring medicines for you. Astha thinks she can’t tell her mum about Shlok and wished Shlok reaches his house on time. The puja is completed and the pandit asks him to eat something. Shlok’s bhabhi asks her husband to make hid dad drink water. He says I don’t want to impress anyone.



Shlok’s mum gives him water to end his fast. Shlok reaches home and thinks how he left the house once.

He had an argument with his mum saying he cannot live with his mum. He thinks before stepping inside the house. He comes and says Baba. His dad turns and looks at him. His dad says I knew it my son will come. His mum stops him at the door and turns the glass and asks him to come inside the house. Shlok takes the water from her hand and gives it to his dad. His dad hugs him with love. Astha’s dad sees everything. Shlok makes his dad drink water. His dad asks him to drink water too. Shlok says even I was fasting. His dad breaks his fast. Shlok’s mum says you came late, thats why I called you to remind. His dad takes his side. His dad asks what happened. Shlok tells him about his journey and the girl he met.

He says he got late after meeting Astha. He tells him everything. His dad says its good that you came.Everyone smile seeing Shlok. Shlok comes to his room and thinks how he left the house. His dad requested him to stay with him, but shlok did not listen to him. His dad says she is no more. Shlok says but mum is here, whenever I see her…. He left the house one year ago. Shlok’s dad meets Astha’s dad and thanks him for coming on a holiday. Astha’s dad says sorry for forgetting the papers at home. Shlok’s dad says have your time.
Astha’s dad calls Astha and tells her to bring the important papers at Shlok’s residence.
Astha says I will bring it soon. Astha reaches Shlok’s house. Shlok is also roaming in his house. Astha’s papers fall and she bends down to pick them up. Shlok could not see her.

Astha talks to her dad and gives him the papers. She asks him whose house is this. He asks for the papers. Shlok’s dad introduces him to Astha’s dad. Astha and Shlok are shocked to see each other.

Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon – Ek Baar Phir 27th August 2013

The Episode starts with Astha walking om the road alone crying and thinking about Shlok’s words. She bumps into Shlok and gets tensed. She wakes up thinking its only a dream. Shlok is shown running somewhere and thinking of a girl. Astha thinks how Shlok has holded her hand. Astha’s phone rings and her aunt wakes up. Her aunt sees her standing near the window and asks her what happened. Astha is silent. Her aunt sees the wound on her hand and says did you apply the medicine on it. Astha says wake everyone up else we will miss our train. Shlok halts somewhere and shouts. His assistant comes and says you have to reach your house before 12. He says don’t remind me anything about my dad. He walks towards his car.
Astha and her gang are travelling in the train. Astha wishes she should not see Shlok again. She meets Shlok again in the train and thinks about the previous night. Shlok is shocked too seeing her. Shlok’s wallet falls and he walks away unaware of it. Shlok sits with some family and gets irritated by the kid’s noise. He thinks how his car got damaged, and he had to travel by train being helpless. Astha tells her friends that she is very angry as she met Shlok in the train. She says today I will teach him a good lesson. Ajju says Shlok can sit with them. Astha says Shlok asked us to go from the concert because he had some reason. All the women start arguing. Ajju takes Shlok’s side. Shlok leaves from there. Astha comes to him and argues with Shlok. Astha says wait and watch, I will show you what is an insult. Shlok says try your best.






Scene shifts to Shlok’s house:

Shlok’s mum is doing the arrangements of the puja.



She calls her daughter in law and asks her whats are these flowers. She says we don’t need these flowers in the puja. She scolds her for not getting the right flowers. She wishes Shlok comes home at time. Astha sees Shlok arguing with the TT. Astha taunts him for not having the ticket. The TT scolds Shlok. Shlok says the name of his dad and agrees to pay the fine. He says I lost my wallet. Astha taunts him for not having the money. TT asks him to leave the train if he did not get his wallet. Shlok tries to explain the TT about how important it is for him to recah his home. Astha thinks about it. Shlok thinks hid dad’s puja would be going to end now.

Shlok’s dad is shown doing the puja. Shlok’s mum says Shlok did not come, I think he won’t come. His dad says he will come for sure. Shlok looks for his wallet. Astha takes money from Ajju for helping Shlok. Astha gives Shlok money. Shlok gets angry and does not accept it. Astha says I understand your need. He says I m not so helpless to take money from you, get lost. Astha leaves seeing his attitude. The TT comes and asks Shlok to leave the train. Shlok gets down the train. Astha finds Shlok’s wallet and calls Shlok. She throws the wallet to Shlok. Shlok picks it up and looks at her while the train goes. Astha says I helped him. Shlok thinks Astha did this purposely and says she had hidden his wallet so that he can’t travel in train.

Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon - Ek Baar Phir 26th August 2013 Written Episode



The Episode starts with the hero’s introduction scene. He is shown running on the road. He thinks about a girl and her laugh. His name is Shlok. He says you can never win over me. The scene shifts to a girl who is seen attending a puja. Her phone rings with the song Anarkali disco chali. Everyone looks at her. Astha, the female lead is shown. Astha says sorry to her matron. The matron says I can’t permit you to go on the trip. Astha talks to her and makes her agree. She says I want to take her for a spiritual trip. The matron agrees. Shlok is driving his car and tells his assistant that he hates lies.

Shlok reaches somewhere and tells a girl that she is rusticated. The girl cries. Astha thanks her Ajju for doing her packing. She says her bahu Kalindi did the packing herself. Kalindi is the mum of Astha. Kalindi says you lied to me, the matron called me. She says you are taking everyone on Yatra. Her mum warns her that she will get into a big problem if her nature does not change. All of them leave in the bus for the Yatra. Shlok says its a big day today for him. His assistant says don’t worry, everything will be fine. Shlok says I will not bear any mistake as my dad’s name is linked with this. His dad calls him and Shlok receives the call. Its his mum calling from his dad’s phone. Shlok does not speak well with his mum. She says you are forgetting that you are talking to your mum, come home as we have a puja. Shlok says I remember everything related to my dad, only he is the one with whom I m linked.

Shlok drives faster and is stuck by the bus. Shlok overtakes the bus and drives faster. Astha goes to take the tickets. She sees its houseful. She thinks of doing something. She asks where is the ticket counter. A man misunderstands Astha to be someone else. She prays for a miracle. He asks her did Shlok Sir sent you. She says I don’t know any Shlok. He does not hear it and gives the tickets to her. She thinks even the Lord wishes that we see the concert. Shlok asks for the passes.

Astha and the other women see the concert. Shlok comes there and is very much angry. He asks the theatre person why he gave the tickets. The man lies to Shlok saying Astha insisted him to give the tickets. Shlok’s assistants say the foreign delegates are calling and they are angry. Everyone love the concert and clap after it ends. Shlok goes on the stage and says I thank all the guests here. He says this event is organized because of my dad. He says my dad gave me good values and he taught me not to lie and not to bear lies. He says here are some people who lied and came inside on other’s passes, it will be good if they leave. Astha is tensed. Astha says we should go now. Shlok sees many women leaving. Astha says she has to say sorry to Shlok. She comes to him. Shlok looks at her. She apologizes to him. He holds her hand and takes her with him. She says leave my hand. He gets angry and says you fooled the attender saying you are my close relative. He says whats our relation. Astha says what are you saying. Shlok gets closer to her and says how close are we? Astha gets nervous and says I have seen you for the first time.


She says I m sorry for my lie.

She says I wanted to make my aunt happy. Shlok says I lost many crores. Shlok says will you lie further. He holds her closer and says will you say you are my wife or anything else. Hestares at her. He says I know women well. Astha says the man who does not respect women does not deserve anything. Astha says its my mistake that I came to apologize to you.


Shlok says you came to apologize because you were caught. Astha calls him a devil. Shlok hurts her. He thinks about her words. He thinks of some girl. He leaves Astha. She says I won’t see your face again and cries.
